Sounding Light is the latest work from Cloud Gate Dance. Their distinct work is known for combining the dynamics of Taiwanese street life, temple sounds, shaman movements with western trained body. The concept for the promotion video came from their key elements of the dance - light. Transforming the abstract light into the human body form was a great challenge. It was an experimental process to accomplish this film with live-action, motion capture, and Houdini simlumation.
